​NOTICE REGARDING IN PERSON BUSINESS DURING THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK
In accordance with Supreme Court Order 2020-72 entered November 20, 2020, ALL Master Commissioner's sales in Kenton County set beginning December 1st, 2020 will be conducted in-person outdoors safely and in accordance with CDC guidelines.


Beginning December 1st, 2020 sales in Kenton County will be held in-person at the Kenton County Justice Center, 230 Madison Avenue, Covington, KY 41011 outdoors of the Kenton County Justice Center in the breezeway on the ground floor at the rear of the Justice Center in front of  BB&T Bank drive through exit.

Office of the Kenton County Master Commissioner NOTICE


​Due to the growing public health impact of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

the Kenton County Master Commissioner’s Office is OPEN,

but closed to the general public and will not accept any public visitors.

This does not apply to any courthouse employees.

All contact with the general public is being done by telephone (859-431-1027),

by mail services,

or online (contact information can be found at ​www.tmcsales.info ). 


All deliveries: please ring bell to notify our office of any deliveries and leave

​such deliveries at the door
.
